Sponsorship Levels:
- Presenting Sponsor - $15,000 (only ONE sponsorship available)
- Drummer Sponsor - $10,000
- Dragon Sponsor - $5,000
- Mayor's Cup - $2,500 (Race Between Municipalities)
- Commander's Cup - $2,500 (Race Between Military Groups and First Responders)
- Community Cup - $2,500 (Race Between Community Groups & Businesses)
- Award Sponsor - $2,000 (Help Sponsor the Awards Given)
- Team Sponsor - $1,500 (Sponsor a Team of Your Choice Outside of Your Own Business)
- Best Team Costume Award Sponsor - $1,000 (only ONE sponsorship available)
- Best Drummer Costume Award Sponsor - $1,000 (only ONE sponsorship available)
- TEAM SPIRIT Award Sponsor - $1,000 (Only ONE sponsorship available)
- Finish Line Sponsor - $1,000 (only ONE sponsorship available)
- Friends of Bring Hope Now - $500
In-Kind Sponsorships:
- Team Captain's Meeting - A restaurant to provide snacks/food of choice for about 30 people
- Winning Team for Fundraising Party - Provide a special party at your location with food for our Fundraising Team Winners. Approximately 25 people. This can be a pizza party, taco's, etc...
- Dynamic Team Support (professional team that brings boats, runs races & provides steerers)
-- HOUSING Sponsors:
> The team begins arriving Tuesday with gradually increasing numbers until the full team arrives by Thursday/Friday.
-- MEAL Sponsors:
> Provide a meal for up to 10 people (breakfast, lunch or dinner) or provide ROOMS for them.
> Each meal can be provided by a different group or restaurant or gift cards can be provided to restaurants.
- Get-Away Week/Weekend for top individual fundraiser - We need:
> A beach house/condo/hotel, spa package for 2
> Restaurant certificates for 2
> Entertainment or gift baskets to make the time fabulous!!
- Media Sponsors - Radio, Print, TV, Online sights - donated time/services to promote the event in advance
- Printing Sponsor - Print signs, fliers, etc.
- Social Media Person - post all info and keep up info on all social media
- Tent Sponsor - Need 1 30x30 and 1 10x20
- Tables & Chairs (approx 25 6 ft tables and 100 chairs)
- Large Generator - for powering team tent fans, phone chargers, etc.
- Industrial size fans
- Auction Basket Items - gift cards, liquor/wine, gift items, boat rentals, restaurant certificates, etc.
- Welcome Baskets for out of town guests
- AND ANYTHING ELSE YOU CAN THINK OF FOR A FUNDRAISER EVENT!!

This is our one Annual Fundraiser and the primary source of funding for our Bring Hope work.
