- Three dragon boat teams. Your teams get first choice on one “Preferred” practice time & assigned a 2nd practice time.

year, logo on sponsor packets and team packets and on all social media platforms. - Guest of Honor at Dragon Eye Dotting Ceremony to add the official dot (Signifies Opening of Race)
- A member of your organization can be one of the judges in the Best Dressed Drummer Award
- Mentions during the festival and a 30-second profile to be read before the first race by the Master of Ceremonies.
- You may place a tent to promote business (size up to a 10 x 30)in our vendor area to promote your business.
- Reserved parking for 5 Vehicles at front entrance
- 8 VIP area Armbands (comfortable seating & free water)

DRUMMER SPONSOR - $10,000
- Two dragon boat teams. Each team gets one “Preferred” practice time plus another time.
- Listed as the Drummer sponsor on all collateral material printed after sponsorship.
- Promotion in select media promotions, logo on the Bring Hope Now, Inc. website for a year, and on all social media platforms.
- Company banners on property.
- You may place up to two 10x10 tents (or a 10x20 tent) in our vendor area to promote your business.
- Mentions during the festival and a 15-second profile to be read before the first race by the Master of Ceremonies.
- Reserved parking for 3 vehicles in VIP Parking.
- 6 VIP Seating Area armbands. (premium seating, snacks & water).
- A member of your organization will present the Best Dressed Drummer award with your company name as the sponsor of this award.
- One member of your organization will sound the horn of starting the first race of the festival.

DRAGON SPONSOR - $5,000
- One dragon boat team.
- Listed as a Dragon sponsor on some collateral material.

MAYOR'S, COMMUNITY & COMMANDER'S CUP RACE SPONSORS - $2,500 EACH
- Sponsorship of Mayor's Cup (Municipality Team Race), Commander's Cup (Military & 1st Responder's Race) or Community Cup (Local Organizations & Businesses Race) - CHOOSE ONE, TWO OR ALL THREE TO SPONSOR.

IN-KIND SPONSORSHIPS
IN KIND SPONSORSHIPS AND OTHER ITEMS NEEDED
TOP TEAM FUNDRAISER PARTY NIGHT SPONSOR - (ONLY FOR THE WINNING TEAM THAT RAISED $2,000 OR MORE) – Your restaurant will provide a special (EX: nacho night) event for the racing team winner who raised the most money ($2,000 or more) for the Bring Hope Dragon Boat Festival event. (Max of 50 people) This will be provided (on a date of your choosing) after the event on September 6, 2025. You will be given an opportunity to speak with the team members and offer any specials you may have coming up and to congratulate them on their expert fundraising abilities. (You will receive recognition at the event itself & can have a 10x10 tent there)
HOUSING SPONSOR FOR DYNAMIC TEAM – We will need (approx. 4-5 nights of 2-7 rooms. Number of rooms per night varies. You will receive the equivalence of a $5,000 Sponsorship.
MEAL SPONSORS FOR DYNAMIC TEAM - This is our team of race professionals who run the practices and races. We will need multiple sponsors to provide breakfasts, lunches and dinners for 7-8 people Wednesday through Saturday the week leading into the race.
GET AWAY WEEK PLUS ANOTHER WEEKEND CERTIFICATE FOR TOP INDIVIDUAL FUNDRAISERS - Can you provide a one week stay at a location of your choice and/or a weekend package for this winner to be used within a year? Also need restaurant certificates, spa pkg for 2, etc. to go with stay packages. The top winner must raise over $2,000 to qualify.
MEDIA SPONSOR - Provide promotional info for the upcoming festival to your audience.
OTHER IN-KIND ITEMS NEEDED THAT YOU OR YOUR COMPANY MAY BE ABLE TO SPONSOR.
- Tents (one 10x20 - one 30x30)
- 2 golf carts
- Tables and Chairs (need approximately 25 6ft tables and 50 chairs)
- Industrial fans under the tents to keep everyone cool PLUS Small Chargers to run

- Welcome baskets for Dynamic staff guest rooms (or snacks/drinks & stuff to go in them)
